SyberWorks Schedule Simulator Module
The SyberWorks Schedule Simulator assists companies and organizations when implementing large training rollout programs that are performed in fixed periods of time, such as an SAP rollout or an organization wide safety training program that needs to be completed in three months.
Implementing a large training program for 3500 people over a two month time period is a difficult endeavor. How do you coordinate everyone's schedule taking into consideration the various parameters of a complex training rollout, such as multiple locations, team teaching, differing levels of competency related to appropriate security status, and more?
The SyberWorks Schedule Simulator Module operates using an algorithm that maps over thousands of constraints such as shift detail, wage vs. salaried employee status, travel time necessary between classes, multi-sessions needing to be in the same week, students taking their training only on their shift, instructors cannot take or teach classes more than 8 hours, classroom capacities, and more! The application can be configured to your set of organizational constraints. Each constraint is customizable to your exact requirements.
The SyberWorks Schedule Simulator then runs various schedule simulations, which a training manager or rollout manager evaluates and then chooses the schedule most suited to their objectives. Once the training manager selects their optimal schedule, the SyberWorks Training Center Learning Management Systems is completely updated, scheduling all the classes, instructors, room reservations, materials required, etc., and begins the notification of the training required by emailing every employee participating in the rollout.
